Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PickCheck (the "Service"), operated by Hive Asset Group, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.

What the Service does

PickCheck sends customer-style questions about local businesses to an AI assistant with live web search, reads the answers, and reports whether a business was named, who else was named, and suggested improvements. The free scan, the Fix Kit (a one-time purchase) and Monitor (a monthly subscription) are described on our website.

AI answers are not facts or endorsements

AI assistants can be wrong, out of date or inconsistent, and their answers change from run to run. Scores, competitor lists and city pages show what an assistant said at a moment in time. They are not our opinion, ranking, review or endorsement of any business, and we do not verify the businesses named. We do not guarantee that any action you take, including using the Fix Kit, will cause any AI assistant, search engine or directory to recommend your business.

Your use

• Use the Service only to check businesses you own, manage or have permission to check, or for general research.
• Do not use automated tools to submit scans, bypass limits, or interfere with the Service. Free scans are limited per visitor per day.
• Keep your private report link confidential. Anyone with the link can open your report.

Payments

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. The Fix Kit is a single payment. Monitor renews monthly until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your report, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout. Content you give us

You give us the business details you enter (name, website, city, state and service) so we can run your scan. You confirm you are allowed to provide them. The Fix Kit text is generated for you to review: check every statement is accurate for your business before you publish it.

Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, prices or the Service itself. We may update these terms and will post the new date above.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hive Asset Group, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
